Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

Our standard delivery is between 7 to 10 days of an order being placed.

If you require something sooner then please get in touch.  

Collection Information

You can collect any items that you purchase online from our storage HQ in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. 

 

To select the collection option- add your item to cart and once on the cart page, select 'Store collection' from the drop down menu.

 

We kindly ask that you collect your goods within 7 days of purchasing.

 

You can also come and view goods personally before making a purchase. Please drop us a message to arrange this. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our goods, defects should be expected. Most of our items are over 40 years old and, like us, they are showing signs of wear.

We advise you to request further photos and information if you are unsure, before making a purchase.

Goods can be viewed in person before committing to purchase, please contact us to arrange an appointment.

​

Refunds must be within 14 days of purchasing and we will require proof of purchase.  Postage will not be refunded and any return postage will be at the cost of the buyer.

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

An item is known to be faulty at the time of purchase

An item has been damaged in an attempt to repair it

Any makers marks have been removed

You no longer want the item because you have changed your mind (eg wrong size or colour etc)

Online Purchases

Customers who purchased from us via the website or social media have th right to cancel and order even if the good aren't faulty within 14 days of purchase.

A refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods.
